You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking link confirms delivery to request a return and refund for any eligible item purchased through our site.

Eligibility Criteria for Standard Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Water Guns: Internal water chambers must be completely drained and dried. Mechanisms must be free of sand, salt deposits, or chemical contaminants.

  • Kites: Sail fabrics, frame rods, spools, and bridle lines must be fully intact, dry, and unfrayed without tears or structural cracks.

  • Beach Toy Sets: All set components (buckets, shovels, sand molds, mesh bags) must be present, clean, and free of sand or dirt.

  • Must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags, instruction sheets, and accessories attached.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your item arrives broken, leaking, missing parts, or fails on its initial use, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of package delivery. Please provide your order number alongside photos or a clear video demonstrating the defect. We will issue a free replacement unit or a full refund without requiring a physical return in approved cases.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for covering return postage fees. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: We will provide a prepaid return label or fully reimburse standard return postage costs upon verification.
